Apartamento Guimerà places you in Extramurs, a practical corner of Valencia with easy access to Church of Saint Nicolás, Valencia North Station, and González Martí National Museum of Ceramics and Decorative Arts. Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados is a 17-minute walk away, and Turia Gardens is 2.1 miles from the apartment, so you can move between historic streets and green space with little planning. It is a stay that suits time in the city center, with the rhythm of Valencia close at hand. Inside, the apartment is set up for a comfortable, unhurried stay. The two-bedroom layout includes a living room, an equipped kitchen, and one bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bidet. Air conditioning, free Wifi, and a flat-screen TV support the day to day, while the balcony and terrace add space to pause and take in city views. Towels and bed linen are provided, and the apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. The building keeps arrival straightforward with an elevator, private check-in and check-out, and tour assistance where needed. Those details make it easier to settle in and head out on your own schedule. Guests can also make use of the designated smoking area, and the apartment offers accessibility features for added ease. From here, you are well placed to explore Extramurs on foot, return for a quiet break, and enjoy a stay that feels practical, central, and distinctly urban.

Positive: Apartment with great location, close to everywhere in Valencia. We appreciate Carmen as a great and super nice host. Apartment is sunny, full of light and spacious. Neighbors were OK, quite. Kitchen relatively well equiped but with older items and very few cups.
Negative: We had to get used to city noise from busy street around the corner. Windows are not blocking noise which is problematic in the night. Cleaning could be also better. Apartment needs maintenance, considering the price.
Summary: Spacious and sunny apartment

Positive:
The location of the apartment is in an extremely communicative place, on the ground floor of the neighboring building there is a bakery - wonderful for breakfast, there are several grocery stores very close by, there is a metro and bus stop. The apartment itself is very quiet, with a great layout of the rooms and all the necessary appliances and accessories, wonderful balcony with seating area. Suitable for both a family vacation and a vacation with friends. Carmen is responsive in every respect: from the possibility of earlier check-in to recommendations for good restaurants, a flamenco club, taxi support.
Summary: Perfect for Valencia

Positive:
Very nice and spacious apartment in the center of the Valencia. Excellent contact with the owner (thank you). At the same time I need to express my gratitude to Carmen and the owner who understood our not easy situation during the time when we were staying in the apartnent and offered us very big support. I recommend this place to all - if I will be in Valencia again for sure will stay in your place!
Summary: Excellent apartment - 110% recommended!
