“First of all the owner didn’t respect the check in time blaming that hotel.com that they put the wrong check in time, instead of taking its own responsibility. On my booking receipt, it’s written 3 pm; the manager claimed 4 pm. When reached out for door code at 4 pm, he said needing 30 more minutes. Eventually I got the code way passed 5 pm. As for the apartment, it was bare minimum. It equipped with a coffee machine with no coffee capsules. In the kitchen there was no paper towel nor extra dish towel, no tea bags, nothing. There were no blankets on the bed nor in any closets; just a fitted sheet and a flat sheet. In the shower, a sad little all-in-1 soap sitting on the floor corner. In my opinion the owner wasn’t there to offer a comfortable stay and experience but only there for the money… I will never go there again, nor recommend this place.”

“Alan, who checked us in, was very responsive and helpful! The location is great, right on Rambla Nova, easy walking distance to the Central Market for breakfast, the interesting Part Alta, and the Plaça de la Font where we loved the numerous outdoor cafés. After 4 days in exciting but a bit hectic Barcelona, this Tarragona neighborhood was a welcome, calmer relief. Not least, we got much more value for the cost than we got in our Barcelona accommodations. We got a 5th floor room with a large balcony overlooking the Rambla, which really added to our enjoyment.”

“Clean apartment, exactly as shown on photos. We had a lovely stay & would come again. We had a bit of a mosquito problem but it was resolved the same day I raised it as they came to spray the apartment whilst we were out. We had a couple of evenings of extremely noisy neighbours until the early hours of the morning but I’m assuming they’re not permanent residents as it was only for a couple of nights - maybe just got unlucky. We also found the shower to be quite inconvenient as there is no door and the screen is very short so the floor often flooded and we had to use lots of towels for the floor. There’s only so much you can do to stop water flowing out! Also no bathroom storage. ”
