I was missing clear information on Booking about how the process works – first sending the invoice, then providing further details (when and how). There is air conditioning, which can be an advantage for some and a disadvantage for others, but it would be good to know how heating and cooling are arranged, whether there is an alternative to air conditioning (e.g. a radiator), and how to use it.

Location was perfect- quiet but very close to nice cafes, restaurant and shops. There is a lot to eat nearby.
It was also squeaky clean an nicely designed, gel like home but better.
The staff was super nice and very responsive. This place is perfect and great value for money.
Negative:
It was all perfect
Summary: Perfect stay in Cracow- the location, the design- fabolous!

Positive:
We were travelling with friends for an event and booked three rooms. The hosts kindly agreed to shift a check-in time by one hour without additional fees! The apartments are all brand new, stuffed and clean without any smells or technical problems.
I greatly appreciate the second pillow for each guest!
Apartments are spacious with additional mirrors, large windows and a lot of daylight.
Negative:
The tram line is right in front of the building, so it was a bit noisy with open windows until trams stopped running. All apartments are located on the floor without elevator, so had to carry the baggage by stairs.
Summary: Better than I've expected
