“The host was very helpful and nice, she speaks good English. The apartment was very clean and everything looked new. Everything was provided such as towels, tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc, which was much appreciated.
The bathroom has a modern shower and plenty of hot water. Everything was spotlessly clean on our arrival.
The kitchen was well set up for cooking and had modern equipment and an espresso machine, as well as a Moka pot for coffee - even the cooking knives were sharp, which is unusual in holiday accommodation. There's a large fridge, but no freezer section.
There was air conditioning which worked well at keeping the apartment at a comfortable temperature, while it was 37 degrees C outside in a heatwave.
Our apartment, "Stol", had 2 double bedrooms, and the beds were comfortable.
There's private parking right outside the door. Drying racks are provided, so swimming kit can be dried after a day at the river.
This apartment was the best we had in Slovenia by a long way. It's genuinely a well thought out and recently modernised place.”
