Brightly decorated unit in Mexican motif, our son moved out of the country. He picked tile, colors and there is plenty of his personal art remaining. Quiet place as unit is above garage and there are no other tall buildings near and windows have awnings and triple pane glass. We are close the DTLA, Cal State LA and the Health Science Campus of USC. Great transportation within walking distance. Beautifully kept gardens with fruit trees. There are areas where one can sit an read quietly, throughout the property. Apartment is fully furnished; and kitchen. Check out our mural on the back wall of the property. Commissioned to a local artist, Teresa Armas. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk.
