Positive: It was a lovely cosy place with all the comforts of home. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Everything was very clean and lovely. Ivana is a lovely welcoming, host. You can walk to the beach in about 20minutes. You need to cross under the busy highway to get there. The bus into Split runs frequently and is about a 10minute downhill walk from the apartment. I always felt very safe there as security was good. It’s a little way from Split but that’s not so bad. If you want to stay right in the heart of Split Old Town this isn’t for you. No stairs to climb to the apartment was a bonus. I would definitely recommend the apartment.
Negative: There’s nothing I didn’t like about it.
Summary: Comfortable, quiet welcoming apartment.

Positive:
The property is spacious, clean, and very well maintained. I stayed alone but the place can easily accomodate a family of three. Equipment is new and works like clock. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with cakes, water, and beer (and later - with meat cuts too)!
It is also ideally located. While it is not in the city center, the bus commute is typically very quick. To the South you can find an excellent beach, which is so shallow that you can walk 500 feet into the water and stiil don't need to swim. If you like mountains, look no further - they are everywhere around that place!
Negative:
As a demanding person, I must admit that I failed to find anything bad about the place!
Summary: A place to stay in Split!

Wonderful apartment in a beautiful place. Views from the balcony of both the sea and the mountains. the apartment itself is well-kept, clean and well-equipped. Additionally, the hosts are very nice. We didn't have the opportunity to meet Ivana in person, but she answered our questions on a regular basis via booking. If I am ever in Split again, I will definitely try to rent an apartment here again :)
Summary: lovely place
