Positive: A very nice apartment in Farchant, next to a ski lift and within a few minutes by car to a large ski resort. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. It's definitely suited even for longer stays. There's free parking and the Italian restaurant in the building is highly recommended.
Negative: The apartment wasn't cleaned when we arrived. But - and I want to emphasize this - the host phoned immediately and did his best to solve the issue. He also kindly offered to pay for our dinner that day as a way to apologize for the inconvenience. I appreciate his approach.

Positive:
- Absolutely great location - the town has a lot of restaurants, cafes a small shop and is well connected by train and bus. The apartment house is located very close to some interesting locations ( public pool, a little natural park, a forest walk that goes directly to one of the cable car stations.)
- Very responsive host, however they are remote, so their ability to help in case of trouble is somewhat limited.
- The kitchen is well equipped.
- Free parking right at the entrance.
Negative:
- The mattress on the bed in the living room is really bad - you can feel the springs pushing into your back.
- The toilet is placed absurdly high - I'm 185 cm and I had to balance on the tips of my toes or put something under my feet when sitting on it.
- The cleanliness could be improved ( it was not well vacuum-cleaned and some utensils were not cleaned properly ).
- Whoever is taking care of the property locally is not very responsive. We didn't need a child-chair, we were told it's going to be picked at a certain time. It was not. Then we were told to leave it outside of the apartment. It was there for 3 or 4 days, nobody picked it until we departed.
- The building has a pool, but it is out of order.
