Summary: The shower system needs work. The main shower head wouldn't turn on, so only the detachable shower head could be used, but as soon as you introduced any sort of water pressure, the showerhead would quickly rise out of its cradle and immediately spray outward, which, due to the shower design, caused the water to spray across the bathroom, hitting the bathroom door and making a giant mess on the bathroom floor. Also for the money spent, suite of rooms should've had 2 actual beds, not a regular bed plus a sofa bed. My husband and I were traveling with our 21 year old daughter, and she has hip problems that's she's about to have surgery for, so we had to change our sleeping arrangements to accommodate her. We didn't eat at the restaurant for lunch or dinner because we were opposed to them serving foie gras, and the fare was a bit too fancy for our picky eaters, but we had some good breakfast experiences at this hotel.

Summary: We had a nice, spacious room in an old building close to everything. I would give it a 5-star rating if it weren't for the bad mattress—it was very soft and almost folded when sitting on it. The breakfast was good, with a standard range of food. We also had a light dinner, which wasn't bad, but not up to the rating "Best in Litomysl". Perhaps pricewise?
