Summary: Overall, a very reasonably priced place to stay.
The Double Room, with ensuite, is situated upstairs in the self-contained converted outhouse. You are in the pitched roof area, so you have to mind your head in places.
The bed was reasonably comfortable, if not a little hard.
One of the windows can be opened, to allow more air in, but the other window appears to be stuck. The blind is useful. Bathroom is very compact and the shower snug.
The kitchen area is shared with other guests in property. No breakfast option was offered, but there is a nice pub (the bull inn) just up the road, or service area for other options.
The property owner is very helpful and friendly.

Summary: An ideal place to stay approx 20 minutes from Bury St Edmunds in a nice village.
I don’t think the website explains very well what you get as I think it is also sometimes used as an air bnb so there was another couple staying in the downstairs room and there was a shared kitchen which they didn’t realise.
This didn’t put us off as rooms are on different floors, en-suite and locked, but it would have been good to know there was no tea making facilities in the room and also remember to take your own towels and toiletries as these are not provided.

Summary: My accommodation was perfect, with everything that I needed and I even had a garage to put my car into. The owner was very pleasant and helpful, and I would love to use this B&B in future. On this occasion I did not have breakfast as I was going out for an early lunch..

Summary: The place was lovely. The studio we were in was extremely spacious and very clean and the communal garden area is lovely.
The only downsides were that when we arrived, we didn't know how to get in so after a very long drive on a hot day, it was frustrating not to know how to contact the owner.
I'd mentioned during the booking process that the reason for the stay was because I was moving from London to Norwich and staying the night in Suffolk between to break up the journey. I also said I would be travelling with my mum and dog but we didn't get any directions to the property or how to get in.

Summary: Couldn’t get tv ‘on pillows flat heating was not on wen we needed it most not enough milk to make coffee or tea very dirty under bed staff was wonderful but lacking these essentials wat we needed
