Positive: Location was great. Host was accommodating. It was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. 2 bathrooms was a plus for 7 guests.
Negative: Was a bit confusing at times as communication came through different channels. Ie: some thru email, some from booking.com
Probably normal, but haven't experienced with any of the many properties we've used.
Always appreciate shampoo and conditioner as seems normal for a weekend away at most accomodations of this price point.
Summary: Very pleasing.

Positive:
The property was generally clean and quite modern with all the facilities a family needs. Location was excellent with direct views of the beach. It is a short stroll to coffee and/or breakfast along the beachfront.
Negative:
The beach views are the main selling point of this accommodation but the large windows were disappointingly dirty. The outdoor eating area was unkept with visible cobwebs and we chose not to use it. Cutlery from previous occupants was found in the dishwasher.
Summary: Great family accommodation with fantastic views.

Positive:
The house has an excellent location and was very spacious with two lounge areas. There was two dining options - indoor and on the deck and plenty of storage.
Negative:
The couches had food and clothing from the previous guests in between the cushions and the kitchen needs a plastic (hygienic) chopping board (not wooden boards) especially to cater for food allergies.
Summary: Great family stay
