“Sorry to report we were very disappointed, great view is the only reason this location gets a second star. We stayed one night, had two rooms in February. The rooms never heated up, we tried to get help with no luck. Was very clean either. Nobody there to check in and no one there to check us out. This location isn't certified to collect city taxes either, we checked as we tried to pay. Plenty of other places just as nice”

“This is a great place to stay. We booked the room with the sea view. It was magical. Full moon on the horizon and watching the town waking up in the morning. The bathroom was spacious, with a great shower. Also, the bed was comfortable. It is only 5 minutes away from the main square. It you want a quiet town that is a great base to explore the other towns, I highly recommend staying in Manarola. ”

“Listen to the staff when they say watch the video to get there because we had luggage and there is a way to get there without steps. Other than it being a little hard to find, it was perfect. ”

“Our stay here was nothing but amazing! Tatiana was so nice and accommodating, the views were breathtaking from the balcony I enjoyed drinking coffee and watched the sunrise from up there. ”
