- Security Deposit: A $200 pre-authorization hold is required for the security deposit. The hold will be released seven days after checkout, minus any deductions for damages, if applicable. 💳🔒

1. Check-In/Out: Check-in after 4 PM, check-out by 11 AM. Early/late requests need approval.
2. Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 9 AM. Respect neighbors and guests.
3. Events: Events need prior approval. Unauthorized gatherings will result in eviction without refund.
4. Occupancy: Max 4 guests. Exceeding limit incurs charges or eviction.
5. No Smoking: No smoking inside. $1000 fee for violations.
6. No Pets: Unauthorized pets incur fines and possible eviction.
7. Cleanliness: Keep property clean. Use designated trash bins.
8. Respect Property: Care for the house and contents. Damages/missing items charged to responsible guest.
9. Parking: Use designated spaces only. Do not block access.
10. Emergency Contact: Contact us immediately for any issues or emergencies.
