We loved our stay and would stay again.

Very nice place, and the innkeeper was very helpful. We stayed in the suite. The room could benefit from simple things. Hooks in the bathroom, a curtain dividing the room, another power strip, and brings that can close above the A/C unit without blocking it. Other than that a nice location in a nice area, and we enjoyed meeting the farm animals.

Lovely stay at the farm. Very welcoming, comfortable and peaceful. I would absolutely recommend and will be staying here during my next visit to Doylestown.

Ash Mill Farms is charming and the inn keeper is the nicest man who makes a wonderful breakfast. Our room was as clean and you can get a home built almost 300 yrs ago. I do have a few suggestions to make the stay more appealing. Hallway and stairway carpets/rugs need to be replaced or cleaned. Walls need to be painted. Furniture needs repairs and/or upholstery cleaning. Ac window units need to be replaced, ours was so loud that we couldn’t sleep with it on. Thankfully it was a beautiful weekend that wasn’t too hot. Front door lock needs to be fixed. Lastly, cotton, crisp bedsheets are key for me. The sheets in our room were microfiber, they did not breathe at all. If anything those sheets are what would keep me from returning.

Stayed in a cottage that is spacious. Had refrigerator and TV but could have used a microwave. Grounds are lovely to walk and the place was close to parks, restaurants and places of interest.

A charming, relaxed and welcoming inn. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The grounds are beautiful. I can’t wait to come here again. It feels great to spend time here.

Charming historical farm house with friendly, helpful innkeeper, spacious rooms (we had the top floor "suite") and location convenient to local attractions. Attractive property. Entertaining retired farm animals on site. Be prepared to climb a few stairs! If you are looking for high-end luxe, this is not it. If you are looking for a low-key, relaxing stay, this is perfect!

Jeff the inn keeper is very nice, he sent information about our stay a few days upon arrival. He then welcomed us when we arrived and showed us to our room. The room was very cute, the jacuzzi was an extra addition that we enjoyed after walking around New Hope. Jeff offered to make us breakfast past the hours of 10:00 am, which was incredibly kind of him. My only suggestion would be to have a little hotter water in the bathroom and a rug coming out of the bathroom into the bedroom. Overall, it is a nice place.
