Positive: Pleasant host and concierge.
Facilities were clean.
Negative: Unfortunately air-conditioned unit wasn't working properly due to a dip in electricity supply, perhaps caused by the thunderstorm.
However it worked well when we moved in.
Host has 2 electricity supply lines making it easier to have a back up supply in case of electricity cuts.
Overall, excellent host.
The only issue is getting public transport from the location.

Small but nice apartment with nice view, all equipment works well (fridge, stove, wifi, AC, hot water). It's 800 m from the main asphalt road but you can eat grilled fish around the corner and find essentials in the little kiosk around. They can arrange a driver if you need one. If you need anything, the managers will help you.
