At Six  |  Hotel in Norrmalm

The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were nice but bad ventilation and too warm. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by inconsistent information, poor communication, and service that didn’t match the standard of a hotel in this category. Before our stay, we emailed the hotel regarding our Platinum benefits and were assured they would be honored. Upon arrival, the hotel was fully booked, so we understood an upgrade wasn’t possible. However, we weren’t given the welcome restaurant voucher included with our Platinum status until the following day, when another employee noticed it had been missed. Our minibar fridge was broken, leaving everything inside warm. We were later offered another room in the same category on a lower floor, which wasn’t really a solution. The biggest disappointment was the rooftop. We were told SUS didn’t take reservations and were advised to arrive early. Following that advice, our friends arrived at 18:00 and held a table while we attended a concert. When we arrived later to join them, a very rude security guard refused us entry, despite our group already being seated inside. Reception was equally dismissive, claiming SUS had separate policies despite being part of the hotel. We had informed the hotel before our stay that we were celebrating our anniversary, and during our stay mentioned it was also my birthday. Unfortunately, neither occasion was acknowledged. Overall, not what we expected from a hotel of this standard.

Our stay was wonderful. Hotel was centrally located. Room was comfortable.

The hotel was comfortable however doesn't have traditional air conditioning which made it a little warm to sleep for us. They did provide a fan which helped. The cocktail bar was not accessible or staffed during our stay as well. The location is very central with plenty to do nearby.

The room was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful and overall, superb.

Good value for money. The hotel met my expectations. It has a central location with easy access to the public transport network, and we could walk to many of the city's main attractions. It’s not exactly a quiet/ charming area, so if that’s what you’re looking for, it might not be the best option for you. However, we must highlight that, in our opinion, the soundproofing was very efficient. Design has very dark colours, in grey / black pallets, which I particularly like a lot, but it might not work for everybody. My only point of attention: the shower glass enclosure isn't completely sealed where the glass meets the floor. Because of this, water leaks out onto the bathroom, which makes the floor a bit wet.

Hallways and the rooms are quite dark and there is no AC and no air circulation in rooms. The junior suite is designed with a big sofa in the middle that obstructs walking. Terrible idea. A big tv on a tv stand that gets in the way. I then switched to a delux room that was much better. Also Friday and sat night was difficult to sleep with loud techno music playing somewhere nearby.

The so-called Twin Room was simply two single beds pushed together, not two proper beds as expected. Early check-in wasn't available, although this was understandable due to the city marathon. The room fridge was only lukewarm and couldn't be adjusted, and the ice machine on the 7th floor was broken throughout our two-night stay despite being reported several times. We also didn't like seeing housekeeping trolleys with laundry and cleaning supplies left in the hallways all day, which made the hotel feel untidy. Overall, there were too many small issues for the standard advertised.
