Positive: Great view and great restaurants nearby. Comfy blue couches in the living room
Negative: Expected to be wowed by the ocean view but the windows were dirty. (we cleaned them) Overall housekeeping wasn't great, including grit in the king bed. Flimsy soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers let out one tiny drop per pump and should definitely be replaced. Couldn't use the garage due to old couches taking up each space. House has a lot of deferred maintenance - rust, peeling wallpaper, unfinished drywall patches, paint. Dated decor, awkward picture hanging and a lot of clutter due to tchotchkes. Price was high for a somewhat shabby home.

The ocean right out front was beautiful! Comfortable beds. Very clean. The rental is dated but we were grateful to have access to it.
Negative:
Could use some deep cleaning above fireplace. Provide a book with instructions for appliances.

The view from the deck was amazing! The large deck was so great!

Needed instructions on what was expected before leaving. We just guessed, tan the dishwasher, threw towels in the wash….
