Positive: We eventually stayed to afroditelife hotel and the people were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfask was good and the room was big.
Negative: The room should have been cleaner, even if it was big and in a nice location. The towels and sheets need to be changed.

We loved all the staff, especially the young guys at the reception and in the café. A special thanks to Farah for everything! The rooms (even better in reality than in the pictures!) were super clean, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the café balcony had the best view in downtown Cairo. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be visiting again and can’t wait to see you all.
Thanks also to Mahmoud for always being available to answer questions and help whenever we needed it.
Negative:
The entrance of the building could be improved. The hotel itself is super new, but the building is quite old. Some painting and decoration would really help, which the team told us they are planning to do. Don’t be afraid of the entrance! once the lift (which we loved!) takes you up to the 3rd floor, you will be pleasantly amazed.
To further improve the stay, it would be helpful to provide more toilet paper for three guests and to add tables and chairs to all the balconies.
Apart from this, please stay exactly as you are! Ah yes—and the young girl would love the addition of some croissants for breakfast 😊
Summary: I can’t wait to visit Cairo again and stay at the Atum!

Positive:
The hotel is very well located, 11 min.-walk from El Tahrir square, close to metro and it’s easy to catch an Uber from there.
The hotel is clean and stylishly renovated.
The staff at the reception is very helpful. Islam and Farah went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and accommodate our needs, including late check-in.
Negative:
Cairo is a city that never sleeps. Therefore, ask for a room without the exterior view to the street. The room with a bathtub is very spacious, however, the windows have only single glazing and the noise from the street is unsupportable. Constant buzz of cars passing by, barking dogs and endless honking will effectively prevent you from sleeping until 4:00 am. Then, when you finally fall asleep, a muezzin will wake you up with his call for prayer at 5:10 am.
The interior room (Geb) is a little more quiet.
Breakfast is basic but varies a little every day.
The owner runs Atum Café on the same floor as the Atum hotel. The café is open until 2:00 am, so if you don’t get woken up by cars honking, you will be surely woken up by the cafe guests or staff who are doing the dishes after closing of the cafe. It’s a mistake to run the cafe and the hotel on the same floor, especially if the cafe is open so long and there is no proper sound-proof separation between the cafe and the hotel rooms.
Summary: A stay in a city that never sleeps.

Property itself inside and interior is very good. Enough amenities and clean.
Reception and service staffs are very good and very helpful. Ms Farah, Eslam & Abdul Wahab all of them are well behaved very concerned about the guests. Ms. Farah helped my wife a lot when she became sick. She treated her like a mother. We appreciate her service and will remember.
Negative:
Approach of the facility, stairs and the elevator is very old and horrible. It’s in a crowded and noisy location.
Summary: We hope you improve the necessary services what is mentioned here for more comfortable stays in the future Insha Allah

It was great! The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. The beds are amazing. It's super central. There is some noise at night, but that's part of the experience of being in Cairo. Eslam is great; in fact, all the staff was very nice! Great stay!
