“Easy parking, friendly staff,”

“Corridor carpets dirty and stained, bathroom had poor repairs done, dressing mirror missing holes in wall where it should be, no window key as it states on sticker to open window fully. I would of expected a fridge in a 4 star hotel I would not rate this as a 4 star bay be a 2 star”

“Ok hotel but the internet in the rooms was virtually non-existent. No good for a business stay! Also the advertised sports Tv in the bar was not happening. Will not stay again very disappointed I did ask reception about the internet only to be told they would sort it out but nothing happened I rang again later and was just an answerphone!”

“Asked reception for room near reception or lift. I was put at the back of the hotel. Had to walk down lots of corridor as I was given a room at the back of the hotel. Didn’t feel that safe. Curtains did not close. Room was tired and dirty. No water in the room. Smallest bathroom ever !”

“Hotel is bit dated but close to a friends party. I could have done with a map to get to my room, down a corridor, upstairs, then down somewhere else...quite a hike. Visited in a heatwave and the room was unbearably hot in the heatwave, so not much sleep to be had.”

“The reception area was very nice ,the bin area outside could of been emptied as it was abit smelly due to the heat ,staff were very helpful and pleasant the room's could do with an upgrade breakfast was ok not sure if we would stay again.”
