Positive: The apartment is lovely and clean and really well equipped - perfect for two people. The highlight however has to be the amazing terrace which has views East, South and West so sun all day if you want it and a fantastic opportunity to just relax and watch the world go by - especially the cruise ships in the port each morning! I would definitely recommend and certainly stay there again. It was a beautiful spot to stay in.
Negative: The outer door has seen better days and the entrance hallway, which is shared with another apartment downstairs, is not particularly clean or inviting We were initially a little wary of what we had booked but our worries were completely erased when we stepped into the apartment and onto the terrace! Amazing!

Just returned from 6 nights in this apartment. My wife and I were both very happy with the apartment. The location is fantastic and right on the doorstep of the old town. The view from the balcony is great and it is a sun trap. It is a large balcony with table and chairs and sun loungers.
George the host was there to meet us and show us around and even sent us good recommendations for eating out.
I would not hesitate in booking this apartment again.

The terrace at the appartment is really nice; this is the biggest asset of the appartment. Seaview, south oriented, sun and shade all day long. The view is magnificent. The old town just 5 mins walking.

The fabulous terrace with a great view over the harbour area. The apartment is in a great location - very convenient for all of Split including the park area. The apartment was modern , clean and nicely decorated - not huge, but big enough. Pet friendly. George met us to give us the keys - he was very helpful advising us where to park and bring extra bedding etc. The air conditioning was bliss!
Negative:
The kitchen was not the well equipped but it was good enough given we just had breakfast in and ate out the rest of the time.
