Positive: We absolutely loved our stay in Avista Suited! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at home. Lampros, the owner, was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
Location was perfect, even though Santorini is always full if tourists, it was quiet yet close to everything, we walked to most of the must to go to places. Amazing sunsets from our terrace and nice hot tub to finish our days.
It’s the kind of place and hospitality that makes a trip truly special. We left with such wonderful memories and would genuinely love to come back. Thank you for making our stay in Santorini so lovely! ❤️

Positive: The host Lampros picked us up at the central square, a few meters from the apartment. He helped carry our luggage. Even though it was late at night, when we arrived, Lampros provided us full support.
The host made a magic difference to our stay. He was always in a good mood, always super helpful, gave best recommendations what to do and where to go on Santorini, and the breakfast was more than extraordinary. In fact I have never had such a breakfast experience - you must try it yourself. The host gave us so many good tips, so that our vacation became rich and extraordinary.
The apartment was the best on the island - we are convinced. We checked Oia, where most of the pools do not have privacy and tons of people are walking by, checking out how you do in your private pools. At Avista Suites you have full privacy. Noone will be checking on you. The pools are on top of Imerovigli. Best views guaranteed. First we were not sure if Oia would be better or Imerovigli. For us it was clearly Imerovigli. It is in walking distance to Fira, which is great for shopping. So in Imerovigli and together with Lampros and his Avista Suites, you are guaranteed you get the best of Santorini. Not to forget the restaurant recommendations Lampros gave is. Superb! The apartment is very beautiful, spacious and kept in perfect order. We got more than we had wished for out of this trip. Fully 100% recommended. Zero doubts or hesitation!

Absolutely everything about our stay at Avista Suites was incredible. Our only regret is that we stayed for two nights and wish it had been much longer. Aside from the jaw-dropping views (which really are that good in person!! No exaggeration from the listing photos!) the manager, Lampros, was very friendly and eager to help make our honeymoon special, going so far as to arrange for fresh roses in our suite and graciously letting us check in early. The area is quiet, mainly hotels, but there are a few good restaurant options in the immediate area (both casual and more upscale) and even more if you're willing to take the short walk to Fira. It was not overly crowded the second week of September but it didn't feel deserted, either.
We especially loved sipping wine and watching the sunset from the rooftop hot tub. Though the nighttime winds got a bit chilly, the atmosphere was so romantic and beautiful. The included breakfasts were another highlight and we thoroughly enjoyed the wide array of food brought to us both mornings.
The bed was the most comfortable one we slept on out of our whole trip. The bathroom included the best sort of shower: a waterfall option, a wand, and six sideways body jets. The little nooks and cave structure of the architecture made it feel magical. There is a decent amount of privacy despite it being attached to other suites; we had our own entrance and rooftop area, and while we occasionally saw other guests around, we never heard anyone.
The price is very reasonable for the experience you get, and if we're fortunate enough to make it back to Santorini we will definitely return!

From the moment we arrived, Lampros met us and helped with our luggage to our room. We arrived late, so Lampros recommended we grab dinner before checking in which was very considerate. The location is spectacular and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend Avista Suites.

The host Lampros was exceptional in his generosity and kindness. He greeted us on arrival with roses in our room. On the second night he left us a bowl of fresh fruit. The morning breakfasts were wonderful and tailor made to each of our tastes. We loved all his recommendations for local restaurants and activities that were off the beaten (touristy) path.

Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived. Mr. Lampros helped take care of everything, and even upgraded our room and gave us fantastic meal and sightseeing recommendations. He even placed a reservation for us at Metaxi Mas. The suite itself had two floors and was quite comfortable. The jacuzzi with a view was outside via stairs that took us to the top of our building, and we got stunning sunset views from here. The cleaning lady was very polite and prompt and did a great job. And the highlight was probably the breakfast, which was fantastic and honestly kept us filled until dinner time. I would wholeheartedly recommend Avista Suites to anyone seeking a relaxed and wonderful time.
As a side note, we rented a car, and there is public parking nearby that Mr. Lampros helped us find. Sometimes it would be filled when we arrived, so we would have to park in another area slightly farther away. We would recommend this option if you are a good driver, since it afforded us a lot of flexibility, although driving in Santorini can be a bit of a challenge due to some steep areas.

No steps to our room!! Within walking distance to Fira, Skaros Rock, 3Bells and great restaurants! Owner was super friendly and helpful with recommendations and made dinner reservations for us. Rooms were plenty big, rooftop terrace was perfect for sunsets.
