Negative: Toilet and shower were in corridor of public hallway. I thought when i choose private bathroom it meant in our private accomodation. Travelling with elderly lady and myself being female was not suitable . My misreading or interpretation of what private bathroom meant.

Location was excellent as it was walking distance to the main area of Giethoorn. There were boats onsite to rent at a cheaper price and the hosts were so welcoming and nice. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. The rooms, bathrooms were very clean and grounds are beautiful.
Negative:
Though we got our own bathrooms, it was outside our room. It was fine but not as convenient as having the bathrooms right in our own room. Also, there were not enough lights/lamps to make the room bright at night. It was hard to do any reading.

Not at the center but in walking distance, you can even rent a boat from this place.
Breakfast was very special. Room was simple but good atmosphere. Private toilet and bathroom, not in the room.
Our host Heida was very kinda.
Summary: Thank you, Heida! If I ever come to Netherlands again, I will come to your place again.
