“The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. It seems to have a lack of maintenance in some areas. The bathroom was very nice, but the shower drain was partially blocked, so by the end of a shower, you would be standing in 3 inches of water. The elevator button to go up or down from the 6th floor wasn't functional, so we had to walk down. Not a big deal unless you have mobility issues. The air conditioning was virtually non-existent. We arrived on a hot day and the was barely a trickle of cool air from the vent. We opened the window, but the comings and goings of cars and motorcycles in the street and parking lot below made it difficult to sleep, not to mention the noise from the nightclub behind the hotel on Friday and Saturday. Our Monday and Tuesday nights were better, as it has cooled off and it was quieter. The bed looked old but was comfotable just the same.”

“In the middle of the city, cant ask for a better location.
Hotel is renovated, and rooms are clean.
Breakfast is superb.”

“Room and bathroom very clean. Not too big choice of polish TV channels (only TV Polonia) but few international channels. Very fast wi-fi. Breakfast not the best. But generally I will come back”

“Really close to the train station. Although tychy is not a popular city for tourists but it’s still pretty close to the Auschwitz. ”

“Short stay from Thursday to Saturday. The room was clean, hair and body wash was provided, but no slippers and no trash can. Therefore we had to buy the former and collect the garbage in some plastic bags.”
Children are welcome. kids stay free! children 3 years old and younger stay free when using existing bedding. rollaway/extra beds are not available. cribs (infant beds) are not available.
