Nestled at the back of a beautiful, two-acre property, this gorgeous, large farmhouse home includes a large, private pool, and a professional-grade beach volleyball court. (Note: pool is only heated between April 1st and September 30th due to weather conditions in Atlanta during Fall/Winter/Spring). Perfect for small family gatherings. Located only a short drive from historic downtown Marietta, downtown Woodstock, and multiple parks and shopping centers. 30 minutes to downtown Atlanta and 20 minutes to Truist Park/The Battery. Large driveway with RV hookup. Pets welcome with pet fee. Optional guest house available with queen bedroom, living room with queen futon and a shared bathroom. Inquire with host about pricing. Guest house is not rented to other guests while main house is occupied.

It was An amazing weekend , wish it was warmer so I could have use to pool but it’s ok , next time. Very spacious , property manager respond time is pretty good. Highly recommend
I thought a great deal about this review. I have had two VRBO properties in the past and take this process seriously. My wife and I stayed at the house for 4 weeks. I compliment the owner and his son (the property manager) for their excellent communication before and during our stay. They were outstanding. As you can tell from the photos, the property has some very unique features for a large group including a big deck, a pool and a beach volleyball court. Unfortunately, visiting Marietta in the winter, we weren't able to take advantage of these items because it was too cold to be outside during most of our stay. We did have our whole family (13 of us) at the house for a few days and it handled our group with no problem. Our kids enjoyed to pool table, dart board and piano. The dining room was large enough for all of us to sit together. Those are all of the positives.On the other hand, I read that this was the owner's former family home. The home is older and definitely shows its age. There are many places throughout that need to be repaired and painted...walls ceilings, trim. The grout in the bathrooms is old and discolored and really should be removed and replaced. The bedding was acceptable, but is all quite old and worn. We were alerted of an ant problem in the kitchen, but the ant traps that they put out, plus the steps we took to get rid of them ended up taking a couple of weeks to work. There are other issues, but I'm out of room. All in all, I give it a 7.
The updated kitchen, sun room, and backyard area were our favorites!
