Located3 blocks from Great River Road ,bike and walking path and scenic views.Walking distance to downtown Alton, many restaurants, bars, bakery, shops, library. Grafton Is just up river road tourist enjoy water park, zip line, lots of places to eat n relax. The space Very private back yard, with porch and limestone patio, to enjoy. Outside patio furniture there to relax Inside is Claw foot tub to enjoy a soaking warm bath. Sorry no wi fi ….use your cell hotspot, or one block to public library
