Banyan Tree Macau Reviews
Summary: Banyan Tree Macau was a pleasant stay. The room was very large and spacious. The plunge pool in the room was a nice feature, however the water was cold and there was a slight overpowering chlorine smell in the room. Also buffet breakfast was very average

Summary: Luxury hotel that matches the price. The pool area was better than expected. The water slides was the best I have ever tried.
Lots of shopping there, only draw back is the newly rich Chinese males which are not the most clean guys.

Summary: Amazing stay at Banyon tree.
Could not fault this hotel.
All staff so friendly & helpful. Our 1st room was near elevator & we heard a constant thump. Staff were very appologetic & we were moved to a different room the next day which was quiet.
Room is huge & incredible. Bed was super comfortable & the warm pool was very relaxing. Large beautiful bathroom with great amenities replaced twice daily. Excellent double shower, smart toilet & cedar tub.
Belon was excellent for breakfast & dinner.
The only issue was the egg station- some days the eggs were pre-made so not very good.
Indoor pool & outdoor pool for Banyan Tree guests only were both great.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: Overall I enjoyed the room and the service of the hotel for this time. The only thing was the leakage of the waterpipe in the shower room which made my little baby a bit scare.
