Great location to the beach . Nice rooms and pool

We have stayed at this hotel, many times and I’ve never had any issues until this visit. This is supposed to be a smoke free location, but someone in an adjacent room with smoking pot and the smell was so strong. It was coming into our room due to the AC bringing it in. I called to the front desk to let them know, but it never stopped happening. It was so strong you could even smell it down at the pool area. It was very disappointing as we had our grandchild with us.

Hotel is right on the beach. Parking right on premises. You do have to rent chairs if you don’t have your own on the beach. Pool was beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff was cordial. Only complaint, no safes in the rooms. Walking distance to St. John’s Pass. Tons of restaurants and shopping. Boat rides. Would recommend.

Very clean, definitely would stay again in the future. Location was great for beach and shopping.

Pool area too small and crowded. Rooms seemed out dated and phone did not work. No 24hr desk service. The beach view was great and easy access though. Real close to John's Pass which was great.

Only problem was the wi fi was slow and would drop easily.

Our stay was excellent. We stayed with family in the 2 bedroom with partial ocean views. The room was beautiful and functional. Loved the water pressure & that they provide paper towels, dishwasher pods and trash bags. The suites give the feel of private condos but with the perks of a hotel. I loved how they handled linens by having you place your dirty towels that need replacing in the basket. The pool area was great and clean & I loved the complimentary towels. The grills and grill area were great. The grills work very well. My only complaint was the speed of the elevators and that one of them was broken. But overall there was still one working so it was fine. We are already looking at coming back. The location is also great, you can walk to John’s pass which is a great area for eating and shopping. Oh and the rooftop at sunset was amazing! I also loved how nice the beach was and not crowded.

We have been to many places, but this hotel has a special charm and energy. The management contributes significantly to this, as does the highly capable and kind property manager, who performs her job to perfection. It is an excellent place for relaxation and recreation; the pools are wonderful, and we enjoyed them just as much as the beach. Everything runs perfectly, and we will certainly return.

We finally found the perfect beach hotel! We had a balcony looking over the ocean where we could watch the sunsets. It was a very short walk to the beach from our room. The hotel and areas were well-manicured and you could see how much care was put into making the guests feel welcomed and cared for.
