Bay Motel | Hotel in North Bay, Ontario

“Nice room. Only thing the mattress was way too hard for me”

“No maids , once a week. Under bed had dirty socks and leaves in entrance. ”

“No instructions for anything (there was no paper with wifi or other indications,…), we got the room by phone quickly, the room was not the one we choose on internet. No staff. Moreover it was pretty strange, a Little dirt in corners, and There were huge rust spots, the water had a strong smell of metal not to know if it was that it was iron or rusty. Water so not drinkable!! Contrary to what was indicated on the ad, there is nothing to eat. No snack or anything to drink if your arrive late. Not ok at all for a two-star.”

“HandWasher is not working good as water stuck in it.”

“Cigarette smell in the room. Bath tub dirty. ”

“Beds were comfortable. Nice to have Fridge & M/W. // ”

“no staff on the property”

“Property provided everything needed. Our room was relatively clean, though bathroom looked used and worn out. A bit noisy at times from other guests and the cars passing through the road nearby. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay for such a relatively low price.”

“Did not have the amenities advertised, especially no coffee maker in the room. Not enough linens or bottled water for the number of guests booked. Could hear neighbors through the walls. Not as much of a bargain as I thought.”

“The ceiling fan/light flickered but never came on except once when I sat on the bed and it blazed gloriously only to darken once more. The bed lamp had to be plugged in to use as the switch was inoperable.”
