When I arrived, lights for the front were completly off. Clerk was in a back area on his phone. Initially thought no one was there. Front desk clerk was not very interactive. Difficult to engage in a conversation with. When I had to return to the front desk for a question it took him a bit to interact. I could also not read the handwriting on the room key. I thought it read 206 but it was actually 204. The handwriting was poor and the 4 was written like a 6. Room that I was given was not what I paid for. I paid for a king sized bed and was given a queen sized bed room with 2 beds without an explanation. Air conditioner in the room was not very functional and would not keep the room very cool. The temp on the ac read as 76 and would not get any lower. The last two issues I was to tired and wore out from a busy day to worry about going up to touch base with the clerk. I did send a message to the hotel via hotels.com site but I have not yet heard back from them.
Not a bad place. It's just getting old.
