A boat launch is 2 1/2 blocks at the Bayside beach. State Park is 1.3 miles. It is just off South Shore Drive and has a large park area and beach. City Beach and boat launch is downtown Clear Lake by City Park (2.2 miles). McIntosh State Park is 4.5 miles in Ventura.

Very clean home I would definitely start here again!
My husband and I always have a short getaway around Christmas and this was the perfect little cottage. It was clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Very clean home, lots of amenities, very cute place. We ran into really bad weather and the owner was very willing to let us extend our stay if necessary!
