Summary: The man who checked us in, Brian, was so sweet and helpful. The room was fine and it was inexpensive but in retrospect I wish I would have stayed in a hotel a short walk to Emeryville Amtrak station because the neighborhood was intimidating. We had no problems but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Summary: Bathroom was moldy and shower and tub were filthy with black scum in crevices. Hair on the floor indicated that it wasn’t swept after the last guest. Otherwise it was basic and gave what I needed which was a cheap roof, bed, shower. The front office person was accommodating.
