Positive:
Great location! Cute rooms with nice comfortable beds and very roomy.
Negative:
The only thing is that housekeeping woke us up early in the morning by knocking on the door asking if we needed housekeeping. We were only there for 1 night and checkout wasn’t until 11am so we wanted to sleep in but unfortunately that didn’t happen. There has to be a better way for them to know if a guest has checked out
Summary: Great location and very roomy and clean rooms

Positive:
This is a new property. Location was great. Very walkable to West Beach and State Street. It was very clean and everything was new. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We paid a very high price to stay here (it was not a 5 star luxury resort), but saying that it was 4th of July weekend. Overall, apart from price, it was a descent property and would recommend it.
Negative:
Price!
Summary: New clean property with great location and nice staff
