The view.
Negative:
Several issues if you staying for longer than 2 nights. The bed is hard. There is no chairs in the kitchen. Very uncomfable for long meals. The kitchen did not have some basic items like a microwave cover, grater or even more than one knife for slicing fruit. The fridge was somehow set also incorrectly and all vegetables we bought froze.
