“The pictures are very accurate. Perfect location. Be ready for the stairs. Super easy check in and check out. Had issue with ice and a little clean up situation and management had it fixed in literally minutes. Good Mgmt. Team. Would have liked a 1 night refund due to Hurricane Ian, but they said since I didn't purchase the insurance, no refund. We booked this townhouse 2 days before arriving because our Key West Vacation was cancelled due to Hurricane Ian. Hurricane Ian was "suppose" to be headed to Pan Handle after lower Florida, so we thought Charleston was a safe bet for an arrival in less then 48 hours. I am a travel agent for a living and I always recommend travel insurance. Just didn't think we would be needing it on such a short notice and also though acts of God, like Hurricanes, would be covered by VRBO. Could be worse I guess. Overall it was a fun trip with 2 other couples. Sad we had to leave a day early to get home to prepare for Hurricane IAN to cross over our actual homes!! Better luck to us next year!”

“The property was exactly as advertised and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Easy access to the beach and great views. Only about 20 minutes from Charleston, depending on traffic. This property would also be perfect for sharing with 4 couples or multiple families. Plenty to do in Folly Beach: the Beach, kayaking, restaurants and bars plus close enough to Charleston to enjoy the tourist activities there. Highly recommend this property. Check-in and check-out was easy.”

“This property was perfect and the location was amazing! I was impressed with the communication from the property manager as they reached out via email and text regularly and were responsive to all of my inquiries. Not only was the property just as beautiful as listed, but there were so many extras that made our stay enjoyable. We contacted the concierge and they assisted with having a crib ready to go upon check-in, as well as groceries stocked! Since we checked in on Mother's Day, they even assisted my husband as he had flowers delivered prior to our arrival. The house had plenty of dishes, towels, and extras like beach toys, a beach tent and much more! It was perfect for our family vacation since each bedroom had its own on-suite bathroom. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us to gather in the large dining room, kitchen, and living area (with gorgeous ocean views!), but then we all had our private space as well. The property is also right on the beach, so the ocean was just steps away, as was downtown Folley Beach. Check in and check out was a breeze. I highly recommend this property and Luxury Simplified as a whole!”

“We initially encountered some issues with our arrival access and also, some property aspects. I shared feedback and worked with Hanna and Kathryn from Luxury Simplified on our concerns and they were extremely responsive, going above and beyond with communication and customer service satisfaction . Overall, the condo has a lot of space, has a good lay out for a family (family space to be together and apart) a great view and access to downtown Folly. I would recommend this condo for larger families or parties and also, getting a chance to work with Luxury Simplified for your vacation needs.”

“A group of friends and I rented this place for the week and had an absolute blast. The house was beautiful and perfectly located. Right on the water, but also right next to center street where there was easy access to bars and restaurants. The ocean was very warm and we saw dolphins every day. Do be aware of the jelly fish! Many in our party got stung our last two days. It didn’t stop us from going in, but I would keep some vinegar or meat tenderizer on hand just in case. The property was very clean, but they do not save anything from prior parties (no spices, ziplock bags, foil, etc), so just be aware to bring your own. Overall a great stay both in the gorgeous condo and the wonderful town of Folly Beach.”

“This property was amazing! Plenty of room for our family. Loved that we were right at the beach with great parking and stores and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing that I would like to see different is more of the cleaning items such as dishwasher detergent, laundry soap and paper towels. Otherwise, this was a great stay!”
