The property itself was fabulous Attention to detail was amazing
We had to check out early and he bought us two croissants for breakfast, so very thoughtful.

Francois’ hospitality is amazing; he has excellent communication and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The apartment’s living area is spacious, stylish, well equipped and full of light. The bedroom is quiet with a very comfy bed, nice sheets & white fluffy towels. Located in the heart of Beaune, but on a peaceful street.
Summary: Stylish, spacious, super comfortable and quiet, the perfect place to stay with a brilliant host.

+++ the Bistro/Brasserie Francois recommended were excellent
+++ super-market nearby
+++ decent sized apartment comfortable for two (approx 50m2)
+++ decent wifi
+++ coin operated public laundry located few minutes from apartment
+++ basic items for daily living in apartment were provided
+++ decent number of electrical outlets
We would like to stay here again.
Negative:
*** TV had only French language so we could not understand any TV program. It would have been nice if there was english CNN or BBC news channel.
*** very small shower space even from Japanese point of view
*** only one key was provided. It would have been nice if two sets of keys were provided. Hope in the future Francois can provide two sets of keys during our stay.
