Please be advised that unauthorized parties, events, gatherings, or functions are not allowed without permission from the hosts. This is a second floor apartment. Tenants live in the first floor apartment and we want all occupants to have peaceful living quarters. We do not expect you to walk on egg shells, but we do ask that you will be mindful of noise levels.

Come relax with your group in a historic Chicago 2-flat/duplex style apartment building! This is a second floor apartment with around 20 steps. You will have access to a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and available workspace. We can accommodate up to 6 guests. All bedrooms have blackout curtains installed. Guests will have access to WI-FI, outdoor balcony, fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, complimentary refreshments, dishwasher, utensils, and cookware. We offer early check in/late check based on availability.

We offer comfortable bedding and towels. No cheap and flimsy linens! We also take great pride in making sure the place is clean, tidy, and free of clutter. We also do not have ridiculous chore lists! Just read the reviews to see for yourself!

We are located on a quiet block with ample street parking. We are 20 minutes from Midway Airport and 45 minutes from O’Hare Airport. We are 15-20 minutes from downtown Chicago, Lake Michigan, Soldier Field, the museums, and the Magnificent Mile.

We are happy to provide recommendations for tourism, food, nightlife, or anything else that may interest you! Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
