Perfect center city location, EVERYTHING within walking distance! This unit sleeps 4 people on two queen-sized beds.
This is a 1st-floor condo located in a quiet corner of the complex. No stairs are required. Perfect for families with young children or guests with climbing difficulties.
Each guest has full use of Sun Beach's heated swimming pool (Memorial day through Labor day), BBQ at the pool deck, and large spacious deck with chairs and chaise lounges! Free Cable TV and Wi-Fi is included. We PROMISE that you and your family will LOVE your Ocean City, NJ vacation here!
Our condo has many amenities, including a great location being just blocked from the beach, boardwalk, rides, grocery store, and many restaurants (including the major OC Chinese restaurant). Laundry facilities are next door and the kitchenette is well equipped. The unit has a Keurig coffee maker as well!! It is a good choice for both first-time and long-time OC vacationers. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.

Nice Condo in the center of Ocean City, unit was clean and had most conveniences that you would need .Owner supplied towels and bed linens also. Enjoyed my stay and will rent this Condo again.
