Our apartment is located in our house. It is located in the quiet green area.
Apartment with lLiving / sleeping room about 20 square meters in size facing south. Double bed (200 x 160). Kitchen: fitted kitchen, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, electric stove, toaster.

Our apartment is integrated in our private residence.

- No more than 2 /3 adults and one child are allowed. For booking with more than 2 People we offer one room more.
Upon advance request, we can provide a child's bed (70X150cm) or a guest bed for an extra fee of 15€ be paid cash.

- We welcome respectful guests, who can apriciate a clean quit and comfortable environment.
- Berlin has some of the best tap water in Europa (drinkable)
- Please don’t wear street shoes in the apartment. Slippers are available near the door.
- Heating: It would be appreciated if you could turn down the heating when you are out.
- We have an indoor/outdoor cat on the property.
Berlin is very green capital. We often see various birds like grosbeaks, redstarts, nuthatchs, woodpeckers, jays etc. in our garden. You can see squirrels hoping from branch to branch almost every day. Sometimes hedgehogs drop by in the evening. In the autumn we are often visited by foxes.

Both Berlin city centers are easily accessible by public transportation. The nearest public transportation station is just a short walk (5-10 minutes by foot). Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Gate, Friedrichstraße (city center east) are a direct ride on the S-Bahn "S2" and "S25" (without transfer).
Kurfürstendamm (city center west) is only 20 minutes away by public transportation (bus and underground).
Schloßstraße our local shopping destrict is only a 10 minute bus ride away. Wannsee and Potsdam are also just a short distance away. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
