Two sofas converted into queen size bed and one tween . All brand new furniture, excellent for family and friends up to 9 people. Two plasma TV screens. Full kitchen: coffee maker, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, toaster, pots and pans, oven , stove, microwave. This is non smoking home with no resident pets. Our house is smoke free but feel free to smoke outside. I will be a phone call away should you need assistance. Fee WiFi , Roku TV . Guests will have access to entire house and garage. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

House keeping: There is no daily housekeeping services. While linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

In consideration of our neighbors, no parties or group gatherings other than registered Guests shall occur on or near property. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery.
