In Autumn & winter, why not watch the leaves change or the snow fall whilst enjoying a hot cup of coco around our beautiful stone fireplace?

Did we mention the ping pong and fooseball tables? As well as a badminton / volley ball net? Plus many more activities!

The living area has beautiful wooden ceilings and our beautiful stone fireplace.
We do have propane heating, but nothing beats the warmth from a beautiful fire place. We will even supply you with wood for the fire!
We have an Amazon Smart TV and several board games for your entertainment.

Our outside area has been designed for dinning, entertaining and fun.
We have a propane BBQ for guests, as awell as a fire pit area.

Our outdoor games include:
A volley ball net set up which can also be used to play badminton. ( we have the balls, the rackets etc)
In addition to that we also have Spike Ball, Bocce Ball, and Kan Jam
Obviously we also have a private outdoor (non heated) swimming pool which operates seasonaly.
But our hot tub is available year round!

The house is close to parks and lakes and the area is also Snowmobile friendly area - drive right into town!

You'll have full access to our property, the pool and hot tub are private.

Although I wont be available in person - my handyman Mark lives close by and is on hand to help with any issues.

Just 2hrs and 20 mins away from the centre of Toronto is where our beautiful cabin is located.
We are close to both Marmora and Madoc villages.

Hiking, fishing, trail exploring are all at your fingertips! Don't froget Winter snowmobiling - you can drive straight into town! Snow mobile friendly!

Marmora and Madoc offer, skateboard parks, golf course, performing arts centre, outdoor public swimming pools, public boat launch's, swimming and a beachfronts.

Private free of charge driveway for you to use.
You will need a car to get around.

The hot tub is available year round.

The outdoor pool operates seasonally.
Please check with us to confirm if they'll be open during your stay.
NOTE - the spa / hot tub section of the pool is currently not operational.

The pool is NOT heated.
Any person or child that cannot swim should NOT be left unaccompanied either in the pool or on the pool deck area.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at any time.
No running around the deck area.
No diving or bombing allowed.
No Food or Drink items allowed in the pool.
The pool is cleaned and treated on every check out.
If the pool is found to require any additional cleaning due but not limited to:
Items being left in the pool, things such as rocks and or pebbles, kids toys, food, etc Then we will request an additional cleaning charge from you via Airbnb.
Please do not leave anything in the pool overnight.
Please do not touch or interfere with any of the pool equipment. Anyone found to have interfered or caused damage to any part of the pool, pool area or equipment will be charged accordingly to rectify the damage.
Please report any issues to us immediately.

If you decide to book our log cabin all liability lies with you and your party. We will not be held responsible or liable for any damage, incident or loss caused to you or any other guest whilst at the property.
Self Check-in between 4pm and 6pm. Our guest communication team are on call until 7pm to ensure your check in goes smoothly.

Absolutely no parties! AND No additional guests not included in the reservation. Parties will result in a fine equal to 100% of the security deposit regardless of damages. We have neighbors, and noise complaints will not be tolerated.

For your safety, the protection of our property and the happiness of our neighbors have external security cameras and noise level monitors at the property.

Absolutely no smoking indoors. Any trace of smoking indoors will result in a fine equal to 100% of the security deposit regardless of damages. If smoking outdoors, please properly dispose of butts.

Pet's - we welcome pet's at the property for an additional fee. Please let us know at the time of booking if any pets will be joining you on your stay.
Please make sure dogs are kept on a leash when not on the property.

Guests are responsible for the removal of trash. Please take all garbage and recycling home with you. Any garbage left will result in a fee of $50 being charged and a bag charge of $3 per bag / container. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
