“ - No towels! I asked for one and was told that the info sent included the fact there would be no towel. Rereading the email I don't see that mentioned. I have never stayed in a hotel that did not provide towels!
- Minimal bedding: one thin duvet. I was so cold I slept in my jacket. (Outside temp was about 9C. on April 29)
- Mop left in shower. Shower has mold.
- Confirmation email says "Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival." No such request was received.
- The house number was not included in the directions.
- The first time I called the phone number for the hotel it went to voice mail. To be fair, after that I did get an answer as to the location of the hotel and then text communication.”

“This was perfect for my needs. Convenient location, beautiful neighborhood, I felt safe here and the property was very clean and well maintained. The staff are very communicative. I liked the ease and comfort of staying here. Affordable compared to other options as well!”
