Location was great, handy to Halifax and Dartmouth both. Beds were extremely comfortable. Flat itself was very large and the bathroom and kitchen were well equipped. Would stay here again very happily
The bedrooms and bathroom were clean. The kitchen was basically clean, We slept well and the location was handy. However, we did not feel confident in the safety of the place. There are four issues that the host needs to address: 1. There was no pool, contrary to the description. 2. The bedroom drawers, the window latches and blinds were not in working order. The front of one drawer came off when we opened it and on the bedside drawers in the picture you have posted, the front came away by 3 cm when opened. When we tried to raise the blinds, bits broke off them because the plastic had perished. So the natural light in the description did not obtain.3. There were no printed instructions in the place on how to use any of the equipment. Defrosting using the microwave remained a mystery. 4. A bowl in the kitchen seemed to have spots of dried oatmeal in it, or maybe the glaze had come off in places. A roasting tray was spotted with hardened grease. Either way, these are not safe. The windows need cleaning.
Property was ok for the time spent there. Rail going up to apartment could be longer. Apartment close to downtown and shopping areas which was a big bonus
