“Nice property. The balcony is extremely small and there was mold on the ceiling in front of the laundry. Otherwise property was nice. It was the first rental I stayed at that had a ring camera which was off putting as someone who is traveling with a small child ”

“This was our second stay at this property, but we chose this condo instead of the one we stayed in previously because of the additional light and quiet that came with an end unit. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach towels, liquid hand soap in bathrooms, fans in each room, and pool toys. The unit was very quiet and the only time we heard our upstairs neighbor was when they scraped chairs across the floor. The balcony was a nice place to hear the birds in the trees and watch the water while eating key lime pie :)This room is on the third floor and the elevator was down for a few days during our stay. That was obviously completely out of the control of the owner, but just an FYI for those who may not be able to walk up/down three flights of stairs. There are no units on the ground floor at this property.Nicole’s communication was great and prompt and instructions for check-in/out were clear. We’ll definitely be back!!”

“The apartment was perfect as it is an end unit so you have windows all around which made it so bright and the view to the docks and ocean were peaceful. It’s decorated perfectly, great taste, modern industrial, fully outfitted kitchen and baths! Each bedroom has its own bath too! Nicole left us a book with great recommendations for restaurants! She made it easy to reach her with any questions, and always got back! The property is great too, pool, beach, gazebo at the end of the docks. We really did enjoy our stay! Thank you Nicole! ”
