The Loft is perched above a downtown office building built in the 1930s—access for which is via a private staircase & separate door. At the top of the stair case you’ll find a hallway that separates two large apartments: Apt A, which is The Loft, and Apt B, which is a private apartment used by the owner on occasion and is not a rental. In The Loft you’ll find a large fully stocked kitchen, and an ensuite bedroom, office & living space. Think of this space as a large efficiency suite found in an upscale hotel. The bathroom is found in the hallway via private door, & shower access is shared between both apartments. This is an offsite rental for Beaverdam Falls, LLC, Virginia's Premier Nature Preserve, and is located 20-minutes away from the Falls Property. Had a very nice stay, contactless check in was seamless. The apartment has a big city feel in a very nice smaller town, close to Lewisburg and White Sulphur Springs. We had an excellent dinner in Lewisburg but there are several good options in Union as well. The apartment had everything you’d want - Keurig and drip coffee maker, recently renovated. Highly recommend for a nice getaway!
