“When we arrived at the resort, there was no receptionist or staff available to assist us. We spent nearly an hour trying to locate someone in order to complete the check-in process. This delay was quite frustrating, as there were no clear instructions or signage to guide us. The lack of staff presence during such an important part of our stay left us feeling uncertain about the service we could expect. It would have been helpful if there had been better communication about check-in procedures or alternative contacts available in case of such a situation.”
