Positive: Great location, beautiful town with nice people and excellent access to many interesting places for exploring the Netherlends. I really appreciate the well equipped kitchen and nearby groceries. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, parking without problems. The owner gave clear and timely instructions, so check-in and check-out went without any problems. We would love to come again.
Negative: The beds were too high and very soft for our taste, but that's more of a personal preference, so it's not a serious drawback.
Summary: Clean, comfortable, great location.

Positive:
Martin provided very clear and helpful instructions. Kitchen is very well equipped. The house is close to the bus station (with direct connection to Amsterdam Central).
Negative:
As others have mentioned, the stairs are very narrow and steep. Single bed was a little bit uncomfortable.
