“Convenient location but noisy until after 11pm every night.”

“The manager is very good and the director and also Anita who I meet at the reception the first day they listen and act but the waiters you request for something only to tell you they forgot. The tv is controlled from one point and when we requested to watch the news the lady at the reception Vero didn't bother and the service is really slow. They should improve on that. The music is also too loud you can't sleep well. They should also improve on the breakfast. But overall the Director and manager are trying to do a good job so there's room for improvement”
