“My family and I enjoyed our stay! The staff was extremely nice my family and I showed up an hour or so before the check in and we didn’t realize the time and they still welcomed us, I highly recommend this place to stay.”

“The place is very clean and updated rooms. The only two things is the shower is very small and I was in room 4 which needs a new blind to keep the outside lights from shining in all night. Could not get the room dark at night. A simple fix. I would stay there again.”

“I had a nice relaxing evening, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, what more can one ask for? My morning was spent out at the fire pit enjoying the sunrise, a 3-mile hike down the canyon and delicious coffee in my room! Good value for my money, I’ll be back!”

“Under new management that is working hard to renovate the rooms. Automated key entry system with no front desk. The building has a ski lodge look. Just off the main drag of Red River. Clean sheets and hot shower. Will stay again.”

“We stayed at this property during Spring Break, from March 15th to 19th, 2026, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well‑maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Its location is very convenient and close to the ski area, which made our trip even better.
The property management team was outstanding, always attentive, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure guests are comfortable. They are constantly working to improve the property so it best suits the needs of their guests. Their commitment to taking care of tenants truly stands out.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this property for future trips. Highly recommended.”

“Thin walls, esp if you are on the side facing the highway. No exterior sign actually says "Bellamys Ski House" but instead some other name (old owner?)”

“Mattresses were terribly uncomfortable because the collapsed with no support. Range top pilot light kept going out. Room smelled like gas every evening. Floors are unlevel in nearly every direction. Room did not match images posted.”
