“Great experience overall. The check‑in staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel felt peaceful and well kept. Our double bed was very comfortable, though the sofa bed wasn’t ideal for two kids because it was quite noisy.
The 4th‑floor room had a beautiful view, high ceilings, and plenty of space. I especially liked the automated shutters that kept the room cool.
The only downside was the separate toilet not having its own sink, despite the bathroom having two.”

“A good stay, but not quite so outstanding as the reviews suggest. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, but not outstanding. Two things we didn't like about this hotel:
1. We prepaid yet they insisted on taking a three figure deposit from our credit card, which two weeks later has still not been cancelled. This practice has the potential to ruin your holiday with declined transactions.
2. The restaurant is not great. Our medium-rare steaks were tough as cow hide.”

“The evening meal was delicious. Breakfast was tasty but as there was a single person managing reception and the cooking unfortunately there was quite a wait and I did feel sorry for the lady who was working flat out trying to do it all”
