Bergmann Boardinghouse | Apartment in Osnabrueck, Lower Saxony

“I was really excited to stay at this property (as a family of 4) - only on the day of arrival were we then told that we wouldn't be in the building that was advertised and that I understood we had booked. It was another property - an apartment but lacked the 'wow' factor of the photographs on Hotels.com. We then spent 3 hours trying to talk to the property and Hotels.com to try to find out what was happening. Ended up staying at the alternate property - not as central as we had thought, our apartment was at the top of the property - no air conditioning so we had to open the windows - so hot, very little sleep and noise from people partying outside. There was supposed to be laundry facilities too - I had booked it knowing I would need to do a load of washing before we headed home - no washing machine! I feel very let down by this hotel, it caused unnecessary stress on our travel day which we really could have done without. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“Not a place for familys with young children because of noisy night life. The Windows should be soundproofed. The noise was the only negative thing.”

“Very good place! Large and clean. Some noise from the street but all in all very good!”

“They need to change the carpets in the rooms from time to time.”

“Great kitchen, good facilities”

“Easy check-in, quiet and clean room. Right in the heart of the city. Good parking opportunity underneath the hotel”

“Top”

“Front desk staff was fantastic. ”

“Lovely property near to the old town, easy walkng distance to some nice restaurants. We also did the self guided tour. ”

“The address doesn’t work with GPS and parking is very limited and tight fit, staff was especially helpful, Daniel went the extra mile too!”
