“I did not realize this was a motel. It is advertised as a hotel. The room was small (except for the bathroom which was disproportionally large) The room had one window which meant the room was dark-ish even with the sun out. The air conditioner was large and underneath the one window. It’s presence made it hard to reach the chain the lowered the blind to cover the window at night. On the plus side, the room and the property were iclean and the room was quiet despite it being a summer weekend and it looked pretty full.”

“For the Berkshires, a nice, affordable option. Property has been updated, has some luxurious touches (le labo!), and is overall nicely designed. Food at the restaurant is delicious. The rooms could be a little bit cleaner, and the staff could have been a bit friendlier (but maybe they were just exhausted from a busy season). If you’re staying on the first floor, the a/c definitely works but dehumidification is kind of an issue. Overall, a good stay. Location is convenient to absolutely everything.”

“The lobby is upscale and lovely. The rooms are a renovated motor lodge. The room was clean. The room was facing the road and was very noisy. The in room ac/heat was also noisy. It’s a point of concern because of the high price tag for the room.”

“I was disappointed in the hotel. It’s online marketing made it appear small boutique with high end ammenities. In reality, it’s an overpriced motel. From the start I realized we had been vastly overcharged. It used to be a Days Inn, it sits on the highway. Check in was easy but then we were left alone, no one serviced the room over the two nights, no one refreshed towels, the bathroom products were sparse and low end, the room was tiny and felt very motel-like. There was a cool bat but it was never open. Strange that it tries to sell itself as high end. Extremely overpriced for what it offers.”

“We never really interacted with a human, Check in is done on an iPad in the lobby and you make your own key. It is quick and seamless. Rooms are motel-like and adequate, with some light and noise from the busy highway in front - but you might ask for a back room that looks out on the woods instead. Second floor rooms require stairs, there is no elevator. ”

“A hidden gem that was a great value. The room was extremely clean with comfortable beds and close to town.”
